SITUACIÓN ACTUAL DE LA OBJECIÓN DE CONCIENCIA EN MÉXICO

Abstract

This writing examines the regime of the national Mexican legislation to the events known as objection of conscience, the moment in which a person point a conflict derived from his moral convictions, religious or ethical, with the observance of a legal imperative that it instructs to choose between disregarding to the law or contravene to his conscience. The author has been a witness of the first legal recognition of Conscientious objection in the State of Jalisco to the medical treatments, happening for the recent offer of legal reform to allow the Conscientious objection the military obligatory service, up to the possibility of raising the Conscientious objection of civil servants and judges.
