Abstract

The document highlights in accordance with the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court in Colombia, the importance of freedom of expression and religious freedom in a democratic society. In particular, reference will be made to the comprehensive public policy of religious freedom and worship, and its necessary implementation in a pluralist society.
